From M40/A40
At the Polish War Memorial Junction take A4180 south towards Hayes and Yeading, after 1/4-mile turn right into Sharvel Lane, (opposite the Lime Trees Golf Course).
From M4
At Junction 3 take A312 north towards Harrow. At the 3rd roundabout after leaving the M4 take the 2nd exit signed A40/M40 and follow for 1/2 mile. Turn left into Sharvel Lane, (opposite the Lime Trees Golf Course). You should allow +/- 50 minutes from central London depending on traffic.
By Rail
Take the Central Line to South Ruislip Station. Call for a taxi in advance (020 8842 3232). Alternatively you can take the Chiltern Turbo from Marylebone to South Ruislip Station.
By Air
London Heathrow is within 20 minutes by car or taxi. Helicopter landing is available on site by prior arrangement. (Map reference TQ 108838)
I. Any semi-auto can be used for the competition, but only those shooting with a Benelli, Beretta or Franchi will be eligible for the High Gun prize.
II. This is not a CPSA registered event.
III. The Organisers reserve the right to change the prizes and amend the rules.
IV. English Sporting Rules will govern the competition. Ladies, Juniors and Veterans will shoot in their CPSA classified classes and are also eligible for prizes in their respective categories.
V. Where three targets are presented, certain unique rules may apply.
VI. Where two targets are presented, three shots are permitted.
VII. Maximum permitted load is 28 gram. There are no wad restrictions.
VIII. Competitors who are not members of the CPSA and CPSA members who are not classified will be classified on the day. Eight undisclosed stands will be used to obtain a percentage score and thereby a classification.
IX. Anyone barred from taking part in CPSA events will not be eligible to enter.
X. All overseas competitors will shoot in class AA for the purposes of class prizes overseas will be defined as outside the UK.
XI. All guns must be unloaded at all times while not in use, and must be carried with the breech bolt set to an open position.
XIII. All squads will be allocated start times at specific stands. All shooters must report to their first stand at least ten minutes prior to their allocated start time.
XIV. Once the top three places have been decided these three shooters will be taken out of their classes and the class prizes will be awarded in accordance with the original scores ex 120.
XVI. To decide the class and category placements in the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the most number of stands shot 'straight'. If the outcome is still a tie, the shooter with the most number of stands with only one miss, and so on, will determine the winner. If this fails to produce a winner a count back system will be used.
XVII. The referee on the squad’s final shooting stand will retain the squad scorecards.
XVIII. The sponsors reserve the right to give prizes of equivalent value should the original prize not be available.
XIX. In the event of a dispute, there will be a five-person jury for the duration of the event whose decision will be final.
XX. Any prize winner must ensure that they have been allocated into the correct CPSA class. All incorrectly awarded prizes must be returned to GMK immediately.
XXI. No refunds can be made once your application has been submitted. Changes can be made at a cost of £3.50 per amendment.
XXII. All prizes, except cartridges, will be posted to winners if they are not able to attend the prize giving. Cartridge winners will be sent a voucher with which to redeem their prize, within one month, from a specified collection venue. Cartridge prizes that are not collected within this time period will be forfeit.
XXIII. By accepting these terms and conditions all entrants agree that their details will be shared with the CPSA and carefully selected third parties.
