Welcome
Now in it′s fourth year, the Benelli SP′AUTO is the only Sporting shoot aimed exclusively at semi-automatic shotgun users. Specifically designed around the semi-auto, the event will allow full use of the auto's three shot facility. Stands will be presented as either (a) three targets on the call of "pull" or (b) two targets on the call of "pull", but the shooter will be allowed to use three shots. Some targets may be presented as pairs while others will be on report.
The Benelli SP'AUTO Championships will provide the shooter with a challenging and innovative course encompassing 120 targets over 14 stands.
The competition will take place Sunday 20th May 2012. Two sessions will run on the day. The shoot can take a maximum of 336 shooters across the two sessions.
The Benelli SP'AUTO squads its entrants, as this is the most efficient way to shoot English Sporting. This system virtually guarantees start times and keeps queuing to a minimum. Squads will be composed of six shooters. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you via letter.
The entry fee for the Benelli SP′AUTO Championships 2012 is £52.00 (seniors) or £32.00 (juniors) per person (including VAT). Prices held from 2011.
Prizes will include Hull cartridges, Steiner binoculars and the High Gun will win a Benelli Vinci worth in excess of £1,500*
* Only users of Benelli, Beretta or Franchi autos are eligible for the High Gun prize. In the event that the High Gun is not a Benelli, Beretta or Franchi user, the gun will be awarded to the next highest competitor using a GMK imported auto. Competitors who borrow a gun from GMK for the purpose of participating in the event will not be eligible to win any category or the High Gun. All other prizes are open to all entrants.
